Apple Seeds NWA is a local nonprofit with a commitment to educating and engaging children in the wonders of healthy food.  SALT Health has committed to raising awareness and funds for their programs in 2024.  For a donation of $50, you can participate with us, and join Dr. Herbst for an exclusive grocery shopping tour.

As advocates for a healthy lifestyle, we believe that understanding nutrition is key to making informed choices for our families. Dr. Herbst will guide you through the aisles of Wal-Mart, sharing her favorite brands and products, offering valuable insights, and providing tips on identifying ingredients to prioritize and those to avoid.  This interactive session aims to teach you about nutrition, health benefits, and the importance of mindful food choices for your family.
