Myzone is an accurate fitness tracker and online social platform that rewards effort for all physical activity. See your heart rate and calorie burn on your in-app Myzone effort tile, wherever you choose to work out. MyZone offers the world's first interchangeable heart rate monitor for the gym, outdoors or in water. Contact a Care Coordinator or Physical Trainer for your Member discounted MyZone purchase and tutorial.
Fit3D Body Scans - this fast and accurate body assessment creates your individualized 3D avatar and allows you to capture and track valuable data including circumference measurements, body composition, posture analytics, weight, balance, and more. Your first scan is FREE, and Members receive unlimited scans for $99/year.
