Boot Camp Fat Loss Challenge: Jan 14 – Feb 22, $250
Kick start your healthy 2025 with our powerful Boot Camp Fat Loss Challenge. It covers six weeks beginning January 14 with workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 – 7:00 a.m., and an optional Saturday session at 9:00 a.m. for weigh-in and an additional boot camp. The Challenge wraps up on February 22nd with a celebration of your hard work and success.
We are excited for you to meet our newest certified fitness instructor, Hannah Taylor, who will be coaching you through this challenge. Hannah invites you to “feel empowered to be strengthened and experience transformation in the journey of becoming the best version of yourself.”
This co-ed weight challenge is for Members who are motivated to transform their health through fat loss. Functional movement, a core concept is a method of exercise that trains your body to be more in alignment with its natural design. The entire program is unlike any other fat loss boot camp and is designed for maximum impact. It includes:
— 18 workouts that will increase your mobility, strength, and fat loss
— Daily Assignments and updates from Hannah via the app, Group.me
— An invitation to attend a nutritional/lifestyle educational single session with our Health Coach and Registered Dietitian (no extra charge)
— Weekly “Top 5” Best Performers
