My own fitness journey, transitioning from 25 years behind a desk to becoming a triathlete, taught me firsthand the importance of balance, mobility, and proper training. I’ve experienced the challenges of injury, energy depletion, and the overwhelming world of fitness, and I’m here to help you avoid the same mistakes.
