Her passion is getting back to the integrity of skincare, and for Brittney Eibes, that passion “is coming from a place of education.”  There’s a lot of misinformation out there about the body’s largest organ, making it easy “to compromise the skin’s barrier” with harsh topicals, medications, and long-term use of products with harmful ingredients.

Brittney said skin problems are usually a symptom of something systemic happening in the body. Consistent with the SALT Health approach, she says, “I look at the whole being.  Everybody is different. We’re going to meet you where you are and come up with a customized treatment plan.” She explained that when someone comes in for a facial, “we do a consultation and talk everything out, do a skin analysis within the treatment to make sure I’m seeing what the concerns are and if I’m seeing anything else. If a member books a certain treatment but the assessment shows that’s not going to be good for them, we’ll pivot and talk about it, with a goal to do what is best for their skin.”

A native of the Chicagoland area, Brittney lived in Denver for five years, then moved to NWA when she married her husband, Joe, in 2020. “He has family here. We’re building a house on Beaver Lake.” Besides boating, the couple enjoys outdoor adventures. “Joe loves to mountain bike. I love to hike. It’s the perfect place for this. I’m a lifelong herbalist, and when we were looking at properties, I couldn’t believe the number of medicinal wildflowers I was seeing. It really is the Natural State!”

Brittney has been practicing as an esthetician for 12 years and has two years of experience as a certified herbalist.  “I’m obsessed with learning about ingredients and herbs. I take a 360 approach to skin health by taking into consideration my client’s personal lifestyle and diet, blending nature and science with high potency herbs, bioactive essential oils, and wild and organic ingredients to deliver glowing results.”

What led Brittney to pursue skincare was her struggle with acne. “I had terrible acne throughout the majority of my life. Mine was genetic. When I went to esthetics school it made me look at the whole body of a person. Now I pride myself on having pretty clear skin. I will never forget the time someone complimented my skin for the first time. Anytime I get a compliment like that, I cherish it because I don’t take that for granted.”
