Fuel Your Brain: Evidenced-Backed Strategies for Lifelong Brain Health

Looking for a way to take better care of your brain—whether it’s for you, your family, or someone you love? We’ve teamed up with community partners to make it simple, accessible, and inspiring. Engage in events brought to the community by a collaboration of leading organizations in functional medicine, neuroscience, education and culinary science, all aimed at promoting lifelong brain health and well-being.

We’re Making It Easy for You to Prioritize Your Brain Health

Start your day with the Brain Health Initiative Mindful Triathlon, a one-of-a-kind experience sponsored by The Brain Health Initiative, Brightwater and Thaden School, combining movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. It’s a fun and energizing way to get your body and brain in sync—and everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of fitness level.

This joyful and health-focused experience also serves as a fundraiser for the BHI Brain Health Scholar Program of Northwest Arkansas, which supports local high school, college, and graduate students in advancing community brain health.

Brain Health Seminar

Whether you join the triathlon or not, we invite you to attend the Brain Health Seminar to continue (or begin!) your journey toward better brain health. This free educational event is hosted by SALT Health in partnership with Brain Health Initiative, and will equip you with the latest science-backed strategies to protect your mind, improve cognitive function, and support brain-related conditions.
