If you are one of the many members that our medical team has ‘lovingly encouraged’ to consider new healthy food choices we have an event you will savor!
Our amazing SALT Health Community is full of knowledge on the best tips and tricks to nourish and fuel our bodies and the New Year is a great time to share and enjoy. Prepare your “allergy friendly” recipes to help fellow Members at a Healthy Potluck on January 17th, 5 – 7 p.m.
Bring your favorite healthy snack, side dish or dessert and a copy of the recipe. We all have personalized food guidelines, so please clearly label your recipe with the appropriate ingredients and allergy-friendly labels, (ie. gluten free, dairy free, nut free, etc.). We will display your recipe beside your dish so everyone is informed. Later, we will use it to compile our very own SALT Health Virtual Cookbook.
Our team will prepare the main dishes and take care of all the rest (drinks, utensils, plates, bowls, etc.)
We hope you will join us even if you can’t make a dish. Just bring your favorite recipe card for our cookbook.
