Women on Weights: Six Week Program, Sept 10th – Oct 22nd
Our popular fitness program, “Women on Weights” is back! Joy Hunt, our fitness leader (25 years experience), will provide individualized technique instruction on foundational weight training. You will join a small group of women-only participants who will learn how resistance training can help you achieve fat loss, lean muscle, and improve overall flexibility and strength.
The program is $199 per participant. It begins September 10th and runs weekly on Tuesday nights, 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. for six weeks through October 22nd (skipping September 24th). You will love this upbeat woman-to-woman training and learn techniques that you can use anywhere.
