Introducing PUSH: A Four Week Co-Ed Fitness Program August 5th – 30th
PUSH is our new co-ed fitness program for members who want to “Push” through to the next level. With the guidance of SALT Health’s experienced trainer, Hayden Wilkison, PUSH sessions are specifically designed to provide personalized attention, accountability, and extra motivation to achieve your next level of fitness.
PUSH begins August 5th and meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:15 – 7:00 a.m. for four weeks. This members-only program is $199 per participant.
