Join us for an Autumn Cocktail Hour and Dinner Event, exclusively for SALT Members on Friday, November 9th. This special evening and private event will be hosted at Bentonville’s iconic Red Barn Farm.
You will enjoy a multi-course gluten-free dinner curated by renowned Chef Brian Busker, formerly the executive chef for Nobu at Matsushisa in Vail, CO. Chef Brian says, “I am thrilled to have the SALT Health community join me at Red Barn Farm and invite you to enjoy the finest ingredients that our local farmers have to offer. Please allow me to inspire you with a culinary experience featuring the diverse flavors from our area.”

6:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
- Enjoy a curated selection of handpicked wines, local brews, and our signature cocktail and mocktail.
- A live muralist will be showcasing his talent, creating an unforgettable artistic experience throughout the evening.
6:45 PM | Optional Farm Tour
- Join a guided tour of Red Barn Farm to learn about our recovery from the devastating May storms and discover exciting upcoming projects on the farm.
7:30 PM | Dinner by Chef Brian Busker

Featuring the finest locally sourced ingredients from Northwest Arkansas, this dinner will bring the best of the region directly to your table.
Live Music by Townsend
Enjoy live music from Townsend, a celebrated singer-songwriter who has shared stages with artists like Sister Hazel and Ben Rector. Her music has been featured in commercials and films, and she hosts the podcast “You’re Not Alone With Townsend,” raising awareness for mental health.
